Terms of Service for The Luxe List Society Founding Membership

Welcome to The Luxe List Society! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our membership network ("Club") provided by The Luxe List Society ("Luxe List," "we," or "us"). By being a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility:

1.1. To become a member of The Luxe List Society, you must be at least 21 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

1.2. Membership is non-transferable.

1.3. We reserve the right to accept, revoke, or reject any membership application at our discretion.

2. Membership Benefits:

2.1. As a member of The Luxe List Society, you will receive exclusive access to a curated selection of luxury products, services, experiences, and events ("Benefits").

2.2. The specific Benefits, including their availability, may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.

2.3. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of any Benefits, and we reserve the right to substitute or modify Benefits as necessary.

3. Membership Fees:

3.1. Membership fees are waived for founding members for 1 year. After 1 years, the fee is $249 per year.

3.2. The amount and frequency of membership fees will be disclosed at the time of enrollment and may be subject to change upon renewal.

4. Term and Termination:

4.1. Membership is valid for the duration specified at the time of enrollment unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to us. Membership fees are non-refundable.

4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or for conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

5. Privacy:

5.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Club, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. The Luxe List Society, including its logo, trademarks, and other content, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Luxe List or its licensors.

6.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Luxe List intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Luxe List Society and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your membership.

7.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the membership fees paid by you in the preceding 12-month period.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in held in Georgia.

8.3. You and Luxe List agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction] for the purpose of any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or the Club.

9. Modifications:

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or notifying you by email.

9.2. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1. These Terms, along with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Luxe List Society regarding your membership superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
